The Precinct - Mount Pleasant - May 2015

The schematic design is going well and we now have input from the full consultant team. We have just now appointed the final consultants being the Landscaping and Greenstar. We hope to have our first design meeting with the City of Melville in the coming weeks to present our early designs.

In regard to the ground commercial space we are now starting to have talks with wine bar, café and restaurant operators.
